Is it only legal in California, or can you get it with the medical card in other states? Just out of curiosity...

Or if you have a card here, can you take it to another state and buy it there?

The towlie Southpark was on and it made me think of that...

New research just released this week, shows that it may possible slow the progression of Alzheimer's, which my 81 year old grandmother was diagnosed with three years ago.

You move fast. When were you not? What did I miss?:idontno:

Be careful out there in California. Having a medical marijuana card does make it you legal according to the State Law, but it is illegal for a Doctor to prescribe it. The Doctors who prescribe it can lose their medical license indefinitely. Also, it is a violation of Federal Law, which seems back-@sswards, but I think it over-rides the State law.

I think two other States have voted and approved of Mary Jane, but I cannot remember which. Again, the Feds say that those State laws do are secondary to the Federal law, making it illegal.

i believe colorado is one of them - and yes when dealing with drugs and the law, whichever law in the most stringent is the one that is followed be it state or federal...

I heard that yesterday, too. Best news I've heard in a long time. My Mom has Alzheimer's, so I'm high risk. Think I'll call my doctor Monday and get an Rx for some.

Will smoking grass give me Reefer Madness instead of Alzheimer's?:floor:

A friend of mine has some card. She goes to Sav On and pays about $60 for an eighth. And it comes like a perscription. And I"ve met a lot of people that have them. Hmm.
