Can you map it? I'm not familiar with Quiet Water Trail, and would love to know where this lot is located.

Located in Magnolia Beach. E Pt Washington Rd, turn onto Cabbage Rose. Very good price. The other lots listed on QWT are $399 and $550.

be sure and check for wetlands.....;-)

Thanks Franny for the directions. Should have posted that in my initial post. I've attached the survey. You can see that there are some wetlands on the road side of the lot. The buildable portion is .15 acres.

I'm going to take pictures now, and will post soon.

The survey is older and the driveway has been permitted and completed. It serves as a shared driveway for Lot 15 and 16.

I remember some German guy who bought wetlands there and was trying to fill it in. I drove down there years ago and it looked like swamp. Maybe I was on the wrong lot, or has it been filled in?

Kurt, I believe that is the lot to the west of this lot. It is shown on the survey, with the "proposed driveway." As I recall, they dumped the dirt directly on top of the wetlands, Code Enforcement was contacted by a neighbor, Stop Work Order was issued, and they were required to remove the dirt and restore the wetlands. They were supposed to build an elevated driveway to get to the uplands, so as not to greatly impact the wetlands.
