Thanks. Had an office tour of home today and a private showing! Went very well and feel pretty confident this home will sell. I original thought that $599,000 was the magic number but was sadly mistaken. $499,000 seems to be the number that has gotten the phone to ring. It should be interesting to see how long it will take this home to go under contract at this price.
