Cassette Player Needed????

[Lisa_at_the_beach]

Anyone have a cassette player I can borrow? or does anyone have the technology to go from cassette to cd?

[DD]

What's a cassette player?

[Smiling JOe]

I have an 8-track you could borrow. I skipped that whole cassette generation, and went straight to CDs.

If you don't need it for a couple of days (I have potential travel issues so I may be dealyed returning to Sowal) I can help you out - I'm still using my CD/cassette stereo from high school.

I was just looking at a cd on my desk and wondering why i need it anymore with xm radio

[TreeFrog]

I got LP, cassette, CD, MP3 and iPod. But no reel-to-reel or XM, guess I'm technology-deprived. I now want a WiFi internet radio tuner to connect to my stereo. Is there such a thing?

Sorry, but the cassette deck is in Memphis...

most every station has archived or live feeds of their broadcast on the internet. Or, you could simply go to the site, to which John R introduced us, www.pandora.com, and create your own radio stations for free, without ads if you use Firefox for your browser.
