That's l'esprit mon cherie! Listen to this then if you want some French flair. This group we ARE going to see, at L'Hotel du Louvre, which is tres swanky and I wish we were staying there but we're not. But we are going for the evening to dine and wine and listen to la musique. This I'm looking forward to a lot. :clap:AURORE QUARTET on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads

I will take a listen. I'm sorta into the Allman Bros right now, but I'll sure check it out. When are you going? I know I already know, but humor me, my memory sucks.

I could listen to the Allman Brothers til the cows come home. No joke. The Aurore Quartet is a different genre altogether so save them for Sunday's race of the Tour de France! That way two good music styles won't clash. We're not going until September but I've been researching everything and that's how I stumbled across La Feline and the Aurore Quartet--they came by way of a New York Times travel article of all things.

I will do that. A Sunday when I'm trying to make some fabulous creation. Maybe it'll inspire me.

Aggieb! Oh Aggieb?? Are you still with us?

I'm listening to Sweating Bullets by The Disco Biscuits. Sometimes I enjoy 20 minute long pieces, or rather trance-fusion music. Love the layering of the various instruments and percussion.

As a matter of fact, I listened to this earlier today on Songza. Know you're a fan.;-)

I was just sure you'd be listening to Jackson Browne.:lol:

Oui, mes amis. L'annee du rat est tres drole! No? ;-)

A friend who relocated to China turned me on recently to the Shanghai Restoration Project, a hip urban vibe with oriental spices.
