Pk, you now have some competition. Today, the price for lot 76 in the Preserve at Grayton Beach was just lowered from $425K to $355K. (listing #386814) I think it is now the lowest priced lot in the project.

Here is a view of the project. It is the trianglular-shaped parcel on the north side of the lake. They have deeded beach access, but it is a hike across 30A and around the lake before you get to the beach.

Yeah, that lot is a major hike from the gulf. I can see why the price is what it is.......

The lot we have for sale is only 450 yards to the beach, 100'x142', backs up to golf course, no HOA fees or build out, less than a mile to Alys beach. Priced to sell now: 399K. Other lots on street are half the size, farther away from beach, and significantly higher priced. MLS 379111.
