This is very similar to the information I've been presented.Yes ! for some reason the Sheriff is sitting on this. It appears that they have all the information that they need to make an arrest but they are dragging their feet.
Yes, Marguerite was fired. She had all her belongings delivered to her house. Marguerite went back to the hair shop because she was outraged that she actually got fired. She beat the hell out of Kindal and stole her things. Marguerite and her husband were seen fleeing the scene with the phone and tablet by other business owners. The 911 call has recorded her threats and the police did not put many facts that occurred in the report. The police initially told Kindal that she could not press charges and they would not let her say what happened in her statement. The police appeared to keep information from getting reported. They have eye witnesses yet there is no arrest.
I only posted once in all this... because I think there is much to be said about allowing a time for others to do their job. There is obviously something very concerning to this community with regards to being beaten, battered and stolen from. I have tried to be respectful of others doing their jobs. And I have extended the benefit of the doubt to people I think deserve that. I do have respect for Mike Adkinson. And he has answered when I have asked. I understand that the lead investigator officer is someone I have known for 30 years. I take heart in what I know of him. And I hold the hope that this incident will be followed and prosecuted. There is a vacuum of silence in this incident... no one getting any satisfaction. Perhaps that is just the way it is. But my concern is that we all stay viligant in our requests for answers... and not forget. It is very difficult to me to wait... and I don’t know when it is long enough. But I for one will try to .... and then I won’t. I am not encouraging a debate with me. There isn’t one. I will follow and do what I think is right. Mine is the only true name on this forum... and that means something to me. I am not spouting off... without fear of recrimination. I am standing firm in the hope that we will see resolution to this incredibly horrible incident and hoping that we will all continue to follow... and support. This is very similar to the information I've been presented.
The issue is this statement; The police initially told Kindal that she could not press charges and they would not let her say what happened in her statement.
That is of major concern and it leads to only two possibilities:
1) Incompetence by WCSO Officer
2) Collusion with suspect
You can't tell someone what they can or cannot write / provide in a sworn / verbal statement.
It's my understanding that the eye witness is a juvenile.
Very good point. I'm hearing there is a possibility they are planning to leave (if they have not already).I wonder if the people who did this are waiting on the WCSO too? Or did they leave town?

Then, its easy to issue a Misdemeanor Battery Warrant and say you did all you could. Florida won't extradite on almost all misdemeanors...
I seriously believe this case would be long gone and deep under the rug had it not made it out to Social Media. Just like the Priest who was beaten up in Miramar Beach.
Is that like the butterfly effect? And the drunk principle.
