My gut tells me yes. Based on the number of lawsuit that seem to occur. If numbers are true and women are paid less than men for same qualifications, then yes. If qualified applicants are not hired based on race or gender and all other thing being equal, then yes. If you are denied admissions to a college based on race, then yes. Thanks for the thought provoking question.

When this guy was appointed by H.W. I was full on with the Republican Party even when my gut was saying something is very wrong here. Anita Hill tried to tell us the truth of this man. He is bad to the bone corrupt and yet he still admits to the FACT that Affirmative Action was absolutely necessary for...him. Same kind of behavior that makes up most if not all of the party of trump aka the republican party. These people represent themselves...not we the people. I am beginning to understand that "we the people" are only those that are aware what "inequality" means or cares...
