Wanted 1 b/1b or Studio South Walton

[Jessica Brittain]

Hi,
I’m looking to rent a 1b/1 b or studio anywhere in South Walton county. I’ll be looking for 9 months to 12 month leases. A 12 month lease is preferred. I am local to the area, and currently work at Watercolor Resort. I do not own any pets, and I would be the only occupant of the property.
Thank you in advance for your consideration
Jessica Brittain

Hey Jessica!

I have a private studio apartment (upstairs) in Santa Rosa Beach if you're interested. It's fully furnished with the exception of a bed. I have it posted here in SoWal.com under Studio Apt in Santa Rosa Beach. It will be available on July 1. Let me know if you're interested.
Thank you!
