I have a 1 bedroom/1 bath upstairs unit in Beachwood Villas available for the month of Dec & Jan. The monthly rate is $800. See pictures of our condo on our website at www.vrbo.com/49542
It has been beautifully renovated. It is a great place for snowbirds.
I also welcome weekly renters during that time if there is no one who wants to rent for the full month.
Please post if you are interested.
