How much do the utilities normally run/cost?

I am sorry I have no idea the last tenant moved from the area and lived there for 3 years. I have a email to the last tenant who has moved out of the area. I just called the assoication and they said water and cable are included in association so just what you use for electric. I would assume typically 1 bedroom would run average under $100 and then depending on time of year and tenant usage.

The owner is offering November for $50 less for inconvenience while new appliances are put in and bathroom is being painted. All appliances Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher are being replaced over next 2 weeks.

Former tenant just text me $100 was the highest during peak summer.
