I have 3 bed 2.5 bath home and I am looking to rent one room. The room is available immediately and can be rented furnished or unfurnished. No lease required, I just ask you give me 2 weeks notice if you chose to move. All of your utilities are included in the rent. This includes wireless internet and cable for your room.
The room is very spacious, has 3 nice windows and is located on the 2nd floor at the front of the house. It has a large closet, for plenty of storage. You will also have your own bathroom and linen closet. (Please see the pictures. That is queen size bed pictured.)
I am looking for someone who is honest, respectful, quiet, a non-smoker, has a stable job, and 2 amazing references. I also need some who enjoys animals but does not have pets of their own.
Rent is $625 unfurnished and $725 furnished.
I am asking for a $300 refundable deposit.
