Available for rent 9/1/16. $1250 per month - includes utilities. Grove by the Sea is a beautiful, quiet, community with 2 pools, tennis courts and playground.

Non-smokers only. Minimum 6 month lease but prefer one year. One month's rent required as deposit at time of Agreement signing, and first and last month's rent due on 9/1/16.

Hi I would love to see your place? Is it pet friendly? I have two small crate trained puppies who go to work with me 5 days a week. I typically am at work 9 to 10 hours per day, so not really home very much. I manage a store at the Shops of the Hub in Watersound.
