For Rent $1000 SRB -Two rooms for rent to one person

[cbflgrl8806]

I am looking to rent 2 of the 3 bedrooms in my home to one person. You will also have your own bathroom and linen closet just off of your two rooms. All utilities are covered in the cost of the monthly rent. This includes cable, wireless internet, power, and water. I have some furniture if you need a furnished room or the rooms can be rented unfurnished.

There are plenty of common spaces in this home; so of which include a front and back porch, large living room, garage, and spacious laundry room with front load washer and dryer. The home is located in a small subdivision located on the north side of 98 about 5 minutes from 30a. The subdivision is currently building a pool that should be ready for spring 2014!

I am looking for someone who is clean, a non-smoker, has a secure job, 2 great references, and likes both cats and dogs but does not have a pet.

I work long hours and need someone that I can trust. If you would like to view the property I will need at least 24 hours.

The rooms are ready to rent now. I am asking for a $500 refundable deposit and $1,000 month rent to be paid the 1st of each month.
