I think my partner showed that home recently. Looks like seller paid $825,000 in 2004. They are asking $650,000. Does not appear to be a short sale. I can not speak for the construction but you could call Garner at 850-218-1020 to get her thoughts. Good luck. Sure is close to the beach for that price!
