Wanted 2-3 Month Sublease/ Carriage House &/or roommate(s) for 12 Month Lease

Hello! I am graduating from The University of Georgia & plan to move down to the 30A area ASAP, preferably in Santa Rosa Beach. As a professional looking to make 30A home, I hope for a 12-month lease, I am interested in moving to Florida the first week/mid June. I would love to sign a 12-month lease for a 2Bed/2Bath apt (if anyone needs a roomie). However, I also am willing to sublease for 2-3 months or rent a carriage house while I get my feet on the ground before signing a long-term lease elsewhere in/around August. Please respond below if you are interested/ know of anyone who could be interested (either as a potential roommate, host, someone willing to sublease).
