Our current lease is up on the 31st of July and we are in search of a new home/condo/apartment. We are currently paying around 650 each for rent and we would like to find something equally as nice, but not quite as costly. We have come across tons of beautiful 3 bedrooms that are in our price range, we just don't have the 3rd roommate we need!! We are both managers of a boutique in Destin. We are full time and spend a lot of our time at work, but when we aren't working we love to enjoy the beaches and bars. I do have a small 1 year old yorkie/Pekingese mix who is house broken and very sweet! We currently live in Santa Rosa beach and would prefer to stay in this area, but we are not opposed to living in Destin. With less than a month left on our lease we really need to get the ball rolling and find a place to live. We would prefer a female 20 something roommate, but are open to speaking with anyone who thinks they would be a good fit for us!!! We keep a clean, fun, drama free house and we want it to stay that way!

I like to have a good time but am also very responsible. I too like a clean house that is drama free.
