... And I thought the rerouting of Hwy 331 was scheduled to be completed two months early. I'm not sure when Sanctuary by the Sea is scheduled to close, or whether they have any buyers going to the closing table. I would imagine that having some of the best views on 30A, we should see some closings, but who knows? Please feel free to check my numbers regarding sales. I track them monthly, and believe them to be accurate, but it is possible that I errored.

Don't know enough about the buyer to call them a fool. The bottom to buy for them was finding a piece of property they like at a price they can afford. That's the bottom for them. The board can analyze from there and think it was a bad purchase but we really do not know the whole story. I do know the bottom will not come with a disclosure...

I was not making a snide reference to any buyers. Just trying to poke a little fun at DuneAHH's comment about being a "fool optimist."
