Yes, our property has a nice size yard. It is not fenced, but we would allow resident to install a temporary fence. There's about 300 acres of empty land behind the house. There are also lots of trees in the yard.

We have 5 outdoor dogs that would love the three hundred acres and the nice big backyard. They are all fixed and well behaved. We would be ok with paying a double deposit as well. We currently live in FWB in a home that we've been in since 2002 so we are looking for a long-term rental. Do you plan to rent long-term? We are looking to move closer to our jobs as I work in Sandestin and my girlfriend works in Holmes County. We are going to drive by this weekend and take a look at the property. Thanks.
