We are relocating to Destin, prefer Sandestin to Seaside area close to beaches 30A, I am a CPA and my wife a computer specialist, no children, small cat, we are financially secure, would be great tenants. Looking to rent 6 - 12 months while we assess the market. Would also be interested in a lease purchase arrangement for the right place.
Interested in newer or remodeled 3BR/2-3BA condo, townhome or small home with beach access. Must be a nice property with great amenities. Like everyone, looking for a good deal based on market conditions.
