This house is off of West Hewitt near the hospital. I have a 3 bed 2 bath 2 CG house on the same street for $1100. When the tenant of this house heard that it was becoming available he expressed a desire to move over to it because of the fenced back yard, larger screen porch and garage.
This house has an open floor plan with a small kitchen but an 11 foot long bar top that separates the kit from living area. The master suite has a walk in closet and has plenty of room for a king size bed. The garage is 26 feet deep to allow for both your car and storage. This unit will receive new interior paint and carpet when it becomes available in Sept. Call 267-2898 for more info today or Monday. I will not be in town this weekend.
