I know ejpace and Diane4145 were looking for 3br long term rentals. These three adjacent homes are located north of hwy 98, off of Hwy 393, between W. Ann St and Julia St, slightly east of Central 6th St. They are about 5 miles to the beach at Gulf Place, and probably 1/2 mile from Cessna Landing, a park with boat ramps and Bay access.
The homes are about 1400 sf and are available to rent for $1250 per month, with 1 month advance security deposit. The homes are 3 bed/2 bath. They include washer and dryer hookups, but no washer and dryer. No pets allowed. The homes were built by Henco Construction, and are being rented by Henco, 850-654-9696.
