We're looking for a place to move in to February first.
1- potty trained pet and we're non-smokers.
3- roommates [2 being full time college students, 2 full time baristas- makers of espresso coffee]
Bathrooms aren't a concern. Preferrably, something that isn't a far drive from Seaside (where we intend on working).
