Seeking someone to rent it who does not have pets (ok maybe a small dog), can pass a background/credit check to the extent that your credit is generally GOOD to EXCELLENT, and is RESPONSIBLE. 3rd is an office and has a desk etc. ...so I guess it is actually not "partially furnished".
