There's a new wine bar in town and it's serving up beautiful wines as well as incredible eats. We had lunch at 45 Central yesterday. It's Chef Jim Shirley's newest restaurant just down from his Great Southern Cafe. Loved the cheeses served with nuts, a hummus trio, and fish dip served with wonderful freshly made tortillas and a hot sauce. Chicken salad sandwiches were delicious as well as sliced beef in a gorgeous sauce. Wonderful little lobster salad rolls. All served with fresh greens with a light dressing. Fresh and beautiful food.
The wine bar offers a lunch menu, an app menu, and nightly specials. OPEN til midnight.
And we can't wait to try the paella! It's cooked on the spot every Wed and Fri at 6pm ($10/plate) along with $5 wine.
