Beach Fanatic
Based on what I have seen posted here this seemed like a good deal. A client of mine has a 6000 sq ft home she is trying to sell, sits on 20 acres land, in ground pool, for $450K. She is trying to get out of the area and move to a new home she built in the Caribbean. The home is actually located in Baker, FL about 20 minutes from Crestview, 10 minutes from the school in Baker. If anyone is interested, PM and I will give you her contact information. I know very little background on the house, I have been in it a couple of times and love the place. Just not looking to move.
