A red light means "go"

While traveling from our home down hwy 98 to go to Frank' Cash& Carry I was behind a Terry's Appliance truck, as we merged left to turn unto 283 the traffic signal clearly showed a red arrow - which if I am correct means NO TURNING LEFT- apparently the driver of the Terry's Appliance truck thought differently and never slowed down and proceeded to turn left.Thank goodness no car was approaching in the oncoming lane.

Maybe the drivers at Terry's need driving lessons. Wasn't it a Terry's truck that was involved in FL Dawgs accident?
