Justin Gaffrey Jr
Beach Crab
Company: gaffrey art material
Title: Production Associate/Operations Assistant in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida
We are looking for someone to support producing and packing our Acrylic Paints. You will be operating and maintaining a vertical film filling machine, an air-run piston filler, and performing the various tasks crucial to running our facility. This posting is for you if you're looking for a job with flexible hours yet consistent work. We're looking for hard-working individuals who can problem-solve when needed and keep their heads down for long production stages. The goal is to ensure production gets on smoothly and constantly. You'll be free to improve production and have input on decisions as we grow. And as our little company grows, so will your incentives and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Willingness to work on single long-term tasks
Flexible Hours: we'd like you to work at least 40 hours, but no biggie when those hours need to change with the unseen constants of daily life. Please communicate with us; we are happy that your hours fit your schedule.
Overtime: We're always happy to offer overtime when the work is there, and there is always work. If you can find the work, we are happy to pay.
Growth: We're a small company. Some of us are family, and all of us are friends; we all want to make more. As we grow and you show your worth, so will your earnings.
Freedom: Again, we're a small company. A lot of this job requires running a stationary machine. Listen to music or podcasts or find suitable entertainment. As long as you're safe, capable, and working hard, feel free to fill your attention as you can.
Pay: $18hr Full time position
