We can do whole chickens, chicken breasts. Our pulled pork is always tender and juicy. Excellent bark, if that is wanted. Our spareribs are second to none. And we will do baby backs if needed. Smoked sirloin tip is especially tasty. Sliced on a sandwich or little chop with au jus is fantastic. And just like the pulled pork, tender and juicy.
