Anybody have a PDF or other map with lot numbers for Rivercamps?

New posts
i too have a lot for sale

One of the most unique lots in Rivercamps is our 3 acre lot with no neighbors in sight and surrounded by conservation. Distant bay views. We have it listed, but like everything else nothing is selling. I think it is lot #258 on the St. Joe map

If you have not found a map yet, you might call Chad Miller, he is the Sales Associate out there. 850866-5500 or chadmiller@joe.com. I was out looking at lots a few days ago...there are plenty available. It is pretty isolated and very empty. The club house and pool are wonderful...great place for a kayak..I would not want to be there during "rainy season" though. One of the beautiful houses had a pond in front of it...

Do you know if homeowners are allowed to bring in fill to drain the lots into a community stormwater plan?

Sometimes in Walton County the Building Official will not issue a permit without an Affidavit from the Permiter swearing not to bring in fill.

I don't know any specifics; most of the houses appear to be built up...on pilings, although the one with the pond is not.

I am sure the builder will need to follow the DEP and Corps rules for building in wetlands.
