Florida Community Services filed another $464,000 in Liens today like the others. This is giant money. It'll be interesting to me to see if they are granted the super-priority status. This could become quite the investment vehicle. On their face the Liens are accruing 12% plus attorneys fees and look to be securitized by super priority.
