Hi - My family is looking to rent a beautiful fully furnished 4 BR home that has a separate furnished guesthouse (it is really nice and very spacious). Would prefer single or married couple, you can have a dog, separate entrance, really nice. Rent would probably be $750/$800 (inc. utilities).
