[FONT=Garamond,Times New Roman,Times,Serif]ArtsQuest is a juried show of high quality art that draws thousands of art lovers to the Beaches of South Walton each year. Over 100 national artists will be accepted in the categories of Ceramics, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Metal, Mixed Media, Oils & Acrylics, Original Digital Art, Photography, Sculpture, Wood, and Works on Paper (Watercolor, Printmaking, Pencils, Ink). [FONT=Garamond,Times New Roman,Times,Serif]Cash awards totaling $10,000 will be given to 27 exhibiting artists, including an award for Best Booth, ten Awards of Merit, twelve Best of Category, three Awards of Excellence and one Best in Show. [/FONT]

[FONT=Garamond,Times New Roman,Times,Serif]Along with cash awards, the 2009 ArtsQuest poster image will be chosen from among the images submitted by juried artists. The poster winner will receive a refunded booth fee, along with major publicity.[/FONT]

[FONT=Garamond,Times New Roman,Times,Serif]Applications must be postmarked by February 2, 2008 in order to be submitted to the jury and should be accompanied by a $35 jury fee, $230 booth fee and four digital images on CD. See application for more details. [/FONT]

[FONT=Garamond,Times New Roman,Times,Serif]Award winners from the 2008 ArtsQuest show do not need to submit the $35 jury fee and will be automatically admitted into the 2009 ArtsQuest show should they meet the application deadline. [/FONT]
