lolomurphy: I have a 3 bedroom/2 full bath cottage at the Cottages at Camp Creek (east end of 30A, about 1 mile west of Rosemary Beach). Let me know if you have any questions. In addition to the rate listed (it's a great rate), there is an 11% tax that all rentals must charge and a $25 booking fee for the rental agency. The cleaning fee is included in the rate. You can pm me directly or contact the rental agency at the number listed on the VRBO listing and let them know you're contacting them through VRBO to get the listed rate.

Our 4BR house is available the last two weeks of August. It's at 30A and Lake Causeway Road, about 100 yards from the Dune Allen beach access. I currently have it advertised on craigslist at $1,119 for the week -- 25% off the regular rate. I'll consider a shorter rental if you can't do a full week.

I have a 3 br 2 ba condo in Seagrove available those nights. Condo has a pool and is about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. Also has internet service. More can be seen at http://seagrove2402.tripod.com. I can give you a discount off of the normal Fall rates. Call if you have questions.
