Help. My automatic garage door is acting up in my 2 year old house. It opens and closes, but it now going through some jerky conniptions to do so! Help. Need name of a reputable company or individual to help me here.

We used Insul-8 in Freeport a few years ago.

Could be that it needs (or has been needing) lubrication. Same thing happened with my Sears opener and it turned out that metal fatigue (probably due to lack of lubrication) had worn out the trolley (thing that slides along the track). It was real easy to replace and cost about $20.00.
