[Beach Runner]

I found a jewel in my freezer today -- pulled chicken from Barefoot Barbeque. I concocted a fabulous BBQ sauce and also a light mayo-vinegar dressing for some arugula I had in the fridge. No one is eating as well as we are tonight, even in the ATL. Barefoot Barbeque is awesome.

Always remember to buy some BFBBQ the day before you leave the beach, put it in the freezer, and then pack it up when you leave.
