My husband, myself and our 6 yr old son are planning a move this summer. After June but before school starts in the fall. A move we have had planned for a few years. We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom rental budget up to $1400. We have an older well trained dog that will be coming with us. She mostly sleeps. We would love something within walking, bike riding distance to the beach. We are wanting to rent for a few years until we decided exactly what part of the beach we want to settle. So would be willing to sign and longer lease. We have excellent rental references. Thanks in advance for suggestion!
