Friday, May 10, 2013 is the last day to turn in beach driving lottery applications. To be considered in this year's lottery you will need to submit an application by May 10th, even if you were selected in the 2012 Lottery.

The permits are valid for one year beginning June 1st and are non-renewable. The annual fee for a beach driving permit is $135.00.
The lottery is open only to full-time Walton County Residents who are Walton County property owners and/or Walton County-registered voters.
Those chosen by random drawing will be notified by e-mail and will be able to purchase a permit from the Clerk of Court beginning June 1st.
