Beach Patrols When????

General rant!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Why does everyone have to smoke right near me?
2. Why do they have to put there cig-butts in the sand?
2. How come everyone is bringing there dogs on the beach?
3. Why can't people pick-up there own beach trash?

4. When are they going to patrol the beaches
