I guess my message was lost in translation. What I meant by watering down was political correctness to such an extreme that you can't even say "Merry Christmas" anymore.

And Merry Christmas to you, too, Douglas!

Yes, as usual, I misunderstood! lol I agree with you completely on that. Lets go find some old humbug like Bob and practice! ;-)

I am all for inclusion and temperance and all that, but the fact remains that Christmas is a Christian holiday and it should not have to be watered down to appease non-Christians. I don't find Hannukah or Kwanza or any other non-Christian holiday offensive in the least. If you don't want to celebrate Christmas, then don't. But don't expect Christians not to.

keep jesus in christmas....and

 Sounds like Jesus is feeling a bit left out.

Nothing wrong with wishing someone a Merry Christmas ............... if you know they celebrate Christmas or won't be offended if they don't.

Jesus isn't all about forcing others to participate in your religion.

That said:

Merry Christmas, Season's Greetings, Happy Holidays, Happy Hannukah, Good Yule, Happy Nativity, Prosperous New Year, Mele Kalikimaka, Merry Yuletide, Happy Kwanzaa, and Merry Festivus!
