I ran to Macy's this AM (had a lipstick crisis)- the mall was NUTS! Already! Bdarg just reminded me that some stores actually opened on T-giving last year to get a jump on the shoppers. Gimme a break. I think even Paris Hilton could take a day off from shopping once a year. OK, maybe she is a bad example.

Get a jump on the sales on Friday. This is for you guys...I am not getting lured out again. I am not going shopping on Friday. I will not get up at 5am and go stand in line for a silly bargain. I repeat...I am not going shopping the day after Thanksgiving.

Have you ordered anything yet? I have done a bit of online shopping, especially the ones with free shipping....LOVE THAT!

Me, me! I have! So proud of myself, too. Two things for my daughter arrived yesterday, shipped at no charge from Amazon. And a couple of trips to TARGET ;-) , SS, have put a real dent in the shopping for the boys. I was feeling panicked last week, now I'm feeling a little bit smug!

GO pea GO! I've done that as well, but have found me buying for MYSELF, which hardly ever happens! It's always much more funn for me to accidentally find things for my family. The Christmas list was usually statred on Thanksgiving night and now (sniff sniff) with the spawns so grown, the gifts are now fewer (fine) but more $$$$!

Haven't bought anything for myself yet, but this year I've started a list, which I never do!
Our kids get precisely 3 apiece from us. It's a tradition--if it was enough for Jesus, it's enough for you! ;-) Not to mention the fact that all our family is here in the area, and they get gifts at every house...! :roll:
