Food, Live Music and a Silent Auction to benefit 4 awesome local charities: Sacred Heart Foundation, Shelter House, Children In Crisis and Emerge.
Blueprint Health Studio is located in Blue Mountain Beach, and is now open!
Blueprint Health Studio, Destin’s very first customized personal training, and fitness facility. In addition to personal training, we offer Boot camps, youth sports specific training, Group fitness classes, Family fitness and personalized Athletic Training. To best provide clients with the atmosphere and tools needed to reach their fitness goals, Blueprint Health Studio will also feature kid’s summer boot camps and monthly free seminars to help build awareness on Healthy living and lifestyle changes.
Motivation behind Blueprint Health Studio comes from Staver’s belief that a personal approach to health and fitness is most beneficial. He says, “I have seen firsthand the discomfort people have with traditional gyms, whether it is due to weight, insecurity or lack of knowledge. My goal with Blueprint Health Studio is to offer a more one on one approach to fitness.” He adds, “I love what I do. I love to make a difference in the client’s life, no matter how big or small.”
