Sorry!!!! Maybe after April 14 ( Sowal vendor meeting) major changes will happen for the best and you can return.....
 
How can we get a beach wheelchair at BMB? I am a local teacher on spring break and broke my foot. I had to go to Ed Walline beach access because they have one. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice beach as well but I live here. I'd like to go to my own beach! Lol! Anyone have any idea?

Last year the sheriffs office assisted wheel chair bound elderly folks on and off so they could attend a wedding on private beach. Give them a call at 850-892-8186. See if they'll help...

Last info I had was that wheelchairs are available at 3 accesses for free.
Search at http://sowal.com/beach-accesses - select drop down for "wheelchair avail".
