Just saw an ad for Nature Walk in our local mag here. The picture is of a man and kid on the beach. No menton of trolley. :roll:

I was told last night that NatureWalk asked for a two-week continuance at the BoCC, and that the item was not heard ..... can anyone confirm or deny this please? Does anyone know which issues are being "ironed out" before this goes to the public hearing?

This is true. Naturewalk was postponed and not heard last night. Have no idea why.

NatureWalk is rescheduled for the meeting March 13 in the courthouse annex in SoWal.
Attorneys for both sides asked for more time to negotiate before the hearing.
Gary Vorbeck, George Ralph Miller---attorneys attended the meeting and asked for continuance.
