Records indicate Butler also had an active warrant for her arrest stemming from the discovery of a methamphetamine lab in 2006. In that case, sheriff?s deputies arrested Butler and her husband, Stephen Butler, after finding the lab and recovering stolen property.
Trina Butler was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of listed essential chemicals, but was released on $5,000 bond.
The warrant was issued when she failed to appear in court. Her courtappointed attorney said the warrant was not executed until she was arrested on the three felony counts.
In addition to those charges, she now faces a charge of failure to appear at a court proceeding.
