Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
Individuals in this role will be working out of our warehouse with our Business to Business Operations Team. These employees are responsible for leading our daily bike check and house golf cart check routes and helping with the organization at the main warehouse location. Account associates will be be responsible for ensuring that every guest and channel partner on varying routes has all their needs met throughout the day. Having good communication skills is extremely important while talking with management as changes can occur to the assigned route throughout the work day. Account Associate will have to use their personal vehicle for routes but are eligible for mileage reimbursement.This role will help ensure that our guests have a great experience during their visit to 30A and Destin.
B2B Account Associate:

• Help with varying projects within the warehouse such as building equipment, fixing house bikes and golf carts, and anything else that could help with the flow of daily operations.
• Complete routes assigned at the start of every shift.
• Complete tasks such as bike fixes, minor golf cart fixes, and delivering new orders to various properties.
• Clear and concise communication with the management team.
• Having great people skills while speaking to guests, channel partners and co-workers.
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently to ensure all house bikes or golf carts get properly checked on your daily route.
