Families across the country are encouraged to play golf together during ?Family Golf Month,? a Play Golf America program designed to provide a structured, yet casual opportunity for families to learn the game. Launched in 2004, Play Golf America is a player development initiative focusing on new and occasional golfers -- a combined group of 31 million individuals.

?Family Golf Month is about growing the game from the junior level up, and engaging golfers in multi-generational play,? says Jaxon Hardy, head professional at Camp Creek. ?The Origins Course?s unique layout ? with six regulation holes, an executive course set-up, and 10 par 3s --and non-penal design provides the ideal setting for our summer programs.?
