Christ and Associates, an upscale residential architecture firm located on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, is seeking an in-office Architectural Project Manager. This is a key position in the office and requires excellent technical, organizational, time management, and communication skills. Applicants must be experienced with AutoCAD, and must also possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). The duties of this position include working in CAD to produce Schematic and Construction Documents, attending and/or setting up meetings, performing Site Visits and other Construction Administration tasks, coordinating between clients , neighborhood associations, and contractors, writing correspondence and constructing invoices, etc. At least three years of experience is preferred.
