They also visit to experience a rarity: a string of 15 coastal dune lakes found in only a few other places around the world. Coastal Dune Lakes: In Between Paved Paradise explores the characteristics of these dune lakes, how they form, the dynamic ecosystems that exist within them and how they are being protected now and in the future.
