Considering trading home for vacant lot

Have you been successful in trading? Have a lot in Watercolor, phase 2. Trades didn't work out because, IMO, inflated price for home and trying to steal lot. Of course, depends on what side of the line you are on.

I'm looking at a couple of options. Yes, it goes both ways. Land owners also think their vacant lot is worth a little more than it is. I've had pretty good response so far. Especially since I am willing to lease back for 12 months. I would probably even look at paying all 12 months up front. I'll probably make a decision in the next week or two.
